recruitment and activation of dealers, VARs, integrators, etc.
First, we ensure that the top resellers are recruited, i.e., that we
have opened a relationship with each of the top potential selling
partners in the industry. This often involves an extensive campaign to
fashion the most appealing set of program, and promote it effectively
to the entire reseller community.
Once qualified resellers are recruited, a channels activation and
management program is developed and implemented to ensure that these
newly recruited resellers become active selling agents and that each
reseller’s sales force is motivated to recommend the client’s
solutions. Each channel partner is managed on an individual basis,
based upon its needs.
